Zimale is variant of Zimal and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Zimale or Zimal, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Zimale

Zimale is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means any large item of clothing that covers the entire body, such as a garment, robe, or abaya. It also means “provisions for a journey.” It is derived from the Z-M-L root which is used in the Quran in 73:1, and is also used in the title of the chapter, al-Muzzammil:

O you who have wrapped up in your garments! Keep awake [in prayer] at night, all but a small part; half of it, or reduce it a little; or add to it [at will]; and [during that time] recite the Qur’an calmly and distinctly, for We are about to send down to you a heavy message. (Quran 73:1-5)
