Ramin is a Zoroastrian name which predates Islam- its origin is not Arabic thus cancels its affinity to Islam. It has multiple beautiful meanings. Is a boy’s name means: handsome prince, tamer, or joyful

Surah Ya-sin: Verse 36:78
Wa daraba lanaa maslanw-wa nasiya khalqahoo qaala mai-yuhyil’izaama wa hiya rameem
وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلًا وَنَسِيَ خَلْقَهُ ۖ قَالَ مَن يُحْيِي الْعِظَامَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمٌ
And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, “Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?”
