Meyphrah is variant of Mifrah and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Meyphrah or Mifrah, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Meyphrah

Meyphrah is an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that means a person who is easily made happy, who is always or often happy and joyous. It is derived from the F-R-H6 root which is used in many places in the Quran.

Those to whom We sent the Scriptures rejoice in what has been revealed to you, while some factions deny parts of it. (Quran 13:36)
