I haven't seen the name Azmaeen in Islamic sources and I cannot find any authentic information on it.

As for Azreen, it can be another spelling of the Persian name Azareen, pronounced [(A)fter] + [(Z)oom + r(U)n] + [p(R)ay + sw(EE)t + (N)ew]. Azareen means "fiery", "hot" and also refers to a member of the chamomile group of flowers. You can pronounce it Azreen. Muslims can use this name since it doesn't have a bad meaning, but it is not an Islamic name. It is written as آذرين in Persian.

For Zoeya and Zara please see: Zoeya | Zara

Azmeya is another spelling of Azmia, you can see its details here: Azmia

Azreen Zoeya and Azmeya Zara are both acceptable names.
