I have kept my baby girl name as Anzila Rehma since last 2 years with intention of meaning as ("rehmat nazil hona" - Allah sent the bless on her) but after going through this link: //quranicnames.com/meaning-of-anzila-and-affrah/ now I am worried with the meaning of anzila, As you mentioned Anzila is not a arabic name, can you please help me to know the origin of anzila and meaning of it. What should I do now, shall I continue with this name, Please suggest. Please consider this question as high priority.

Anzila seems to be used in Urdu with the meaning you mentioned, for this reason since that's what you meant by it, it is an acceptable name and inshAllah you can keep it without a problem. Anzila is not standard Arabic but it still keeps the meaning of "sent down", "Allah sent down", the same way that Zidan is not standard Arabic but it keeps the meaning of Zaydan.

As long as what you mean by the name is good, you don't have to worry about anything else.
