Hello - My wife and I are expecting a baby girl. We are thinking about the naming her from the Quran and found the name Ilyana on this site. However, it says it is indirect from the quran. Does this mean we can keep it or not? Most of the names on this website says indirect.

Why wouldn’t you be able to keep it? There’s a Muslim named Steve out there somewhere in the world and that’s fine.
