Beriyya is variant of Bariyya and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Beriyya or Bariyya, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Beriyya

Beriyya is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “creation”, all living things created by Allah. It is derived from Allah’s name of al-Baree, the Creator. It is derived from the B-R-Hamz (to create, to be innocent) root which is used in many places in the Quran.

He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestower of forms. To Him belong the Best Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. (Quran 59:24)

No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being – indeed that, for Allah, is easy. (Quran 57:22)
