Aboubakr is variant of Abu Bakr and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Aboubakr or Abu Bakr, both are correct and acceptable. Full Meaning of Aboubakr

Aboubakr is an indirect Quranic name for boys that is formed from Abu (“father of”, “like”, “full of”) and Bakr (ancient name of Arabian tribes, “young camel”), both of which are Quranic words. Muslims like this name out of love for Aboubakr as-Siddiq, the closest companion of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

They said, “Call upon your Lord to make clear to us what it is.” [Moses] said, “[ Allah ] says, ‘It is a cow which is neither old nor young, but median between that,’ so do what you are commanded.” (Quran 2:68)
